Pamela and Jideobi’s story is a beautiful tale. This lovely couple met themselves at the Lagos NYSC camp where they had gone to serve the fatherland. Pamela was the beauty queen of her platoon and represented them for the Miss Camp contest. In the course of that duty, she not only won herself the admiration of everyone who gazed upon her beauty but also the heart of Mr Macho himself, Jideobi, who had won the competition hands down for finest male in Camp Lagos. I can imagine how beautiful this couples children will be when they are born. From a few glances at each other, came the initial hi and hellos and then the long talks and a relationship was borne. A proposal and a yes later, I am here to give to you the photographs of where those catwalk steps led Pamela and Jideobi.
I love a wedding day that starts with a beautiful bride. I love a wedding day that starts with a composed bride. I loved every single bit of this day. Pamela and Jideobi were a model couple. Cool, calm under pressure and eager to ensure that they had their day captured well and captured well it was.
We started this day very familiar with this couple as we had previously done an amazing prewedding session for them in which we had bonded. So when this day came we both knew what to expect from each other.
Pamela’s coolness affected everyone as well and the relaxed air made for some good banter and gossips 🙂
Over at the guys, the champagne was flowing as the celebrations kicked off early. Jide wasted no time getting ready, but he took his time as well to look dapper for the bride of his dreams.
Everyone was eager to look the part 🙂 as our beautiful bride appeared from behind the skillful hands of Abeke. Pamela stepped into her dress and came out looking radiant
This train was full of life, beautiful and they had fun. Maybe because they had experienced this before and knew exactly what was expected of them. You all know how it is. After taking the pictures, Pamela’s dad was backing being a father and urging everyone into their cars to leave for church on time. Pamela was looking like she wanted to climb over everyone to get to Jideobi on time. Her excitement was visible. Most of the time, parents have sour faces at weddings. I do not know why. Maybe they love their children so much they are not willing to sign them off to someone else. These set of parents were eager to share their kids with each other. They were all smiles and handshakes.
While that was going on in front, someone was reminiscing about his own signature a long time ago at the back of the church. All formalities concluded the coupled matched out for their personal photographs and we had this gorgeous session.
Done with the personal photographs, we went off to Ruby Gardens to meet this beautifully decorated hall. Beautiful work!
When it was time to dance each pair was eager to outdo the other.
and these two could easily have won
but for the fact that Pamela and Jideobi were there.
Kai!!!! They danced like no one could on that day. the joy and passion on their faces was evident. I like it when a couple shows to the world that they are enjoying their day. It shows in the way they dance. Even the the guests notice it. I love it when a couple shows to the world that they are enjoying their day. It shows in the way they look at each other. When it was time, Pamela and his dad danced and what a show these two put up. Mr Ogbuagwu can do those steps. But with Jideobi, it was pure love, romance and passion in the swirling. and finally the crowd join in and the dollars started raining down on the couple. until the crowd joined in the dancing and you should have seen the frenzy with which everyone sought to outdo the other as they all got on the dancing stage. When our best man gave his toast, he made it to the best couple in the world. And everyone raised their glasses and toasted to the health of this amazing couple. I will keep saying this o. We will be complaining about PDP and yet see what Pamela did. Is it fair? She played Godmother. Chai! Chai!! Diaris God o!!! After the vote of thanks from the groom we went back to dancing and dancing and dancing These two were a pair!! Great MCs these two.
