The Princess and King Henry II

This was the big day. The white wedding of Henry and Princess.

The bride was up early in the morning and ready. As is my custom I was at the Novotel Hotels, Port Harcourt to meet her for 7am sharp.

I was not prepared to miss our single bit of this wedding day.

I love this shot below.  And these bouquet of natural roses was awesome.  Princess was practically in love with her Louboutin shoes…..get them at
The beautiful wedding ring.  and IB? What a hard working friend she was…………….i really cannot remember how this pose came about.  It was something in the mode of “your love for me na Jackie chan” The groom! Henry comes across like a very quiet, simple guy. Dont be fooled o. He is one very boisterous and humorous young fellow. I enjoy every bit of my time with you Henry.  Princess?? This lady loves pictures. Take me. Take me. This one too. Take this. This one. Like this. Like that. Take…………………….Kai!!!! She was one very cooperative bride and she loves Henry. That much is obvious.  The grooms men. Solid, jovial, supportive and playful guys. The sort any groom will want in his team. Ignore the SSS like looks o! Its a facade.  And the brides maids where also sweet. Smiling and laughing through the day.  The day started with a simple and quick court wedding . and the bride and the groom confidently signed and stamped their lives over to each other. GBAM!!!!
The venue of the reception was a beauty to behold. It was held at the Atrium, Stadium road , Port Harcourt. Dezua did a beautiful job on the decor.  I have a confession. You have to listen. I do not like cakes. I do not go out of my way to eat cakes. But this cake? I had two servings and was itching for more. Dewdrops dropped this hot.
It was a bubbling crowd that welcomed the bride and groom into the hall when it was time to come in.  I love these facial expressions. Each telling a different story.  O! This cake. Why did they have to cut you???????????? I want some more……………Please!!!!!!!! Seyi Law is a great MC. He does parties right. Simple! Enjoy the steps below. It was fun. This party was mad fun. WOW!!!!! The DJ got his mix right and everyone  just gyrated away.  Silence! Who says photographers shouldn’t take pictures? 😉 IB is a hard dancer, as much as she is a hard working friend.  Henry and Princesses party was the Nigerian definition of groove.  We still had time for more pictures after the wedding. Enjoy these beautiful shots. To the best and top photographers in Port Harcourt, when you can, i will recommend you use the Novotel hotel grounds for your wedding shots. Its a great place for pictures.

I love your coverage of this wedding. You had a mixture of everything I look for in wedding coverage: the details of the decor (like how each table was decorated – really brought out the beauty of the color scheme), artistic shots ( I love the shots of the bride in the hallway as well as the groom), also the documentary shots (capturing each moment as the day unfolded). Great work!ReplyCancel
