Que sera sera……..

I am going to tell you in full how Tanmo and Ogbitse met in their primary school days, went to the same Secondary school, University and almost worked in the same office and yet never talked to themselves. Yet……what ever will be will be.

Tanmo is my “personal person”!  The agreement on her wedding was done some 2 years ago.

I have known Tanmo for about 8 years now. Starting from our days as colleagues as far back as 2006. I used to call her every day as the success of our jobs depended on that. In management speak, Tanmo is an extremely effective and efficient person. She is the kind of person who if she was a disciple of Jesus he would have said “This is Tanmo, in whom there is no guile”.

Ogbitse, and this is not business speak, is a great personality. He called me first at night at about 10pm and from the first time we spoke, “walahi”, if I was a girl I would have fallen in love. I understood instantly when i met him why Tanmo is so much in love with him.

Considering the rush that is a Nigerian Wedding Ceremony, It is always difficult for Top Photographers who are intent on creating more than the ordinary to express that creative side during the couples photograph session on the day of your wedding as everything is rushed. Except for properly planned events in which the couple are determined to stamp their style on the day, you see that the couples are mostly stressed out and wishing for their day to end quickly so they can retire to their rooms in peace and leave the horde behind.

In the light of the above I always try my utmost best to ensure that a pre wedding session is done so the couple can be shot ;)(photography speak ) in a relaxed natural state where their love can be captured for their children to see and get inspiration. So if we cannot get an after wedding session done they will have great pictures to be proud of.   Tanmo and Ogbitse had to be coerced and even threatened into doing the pictures below. I just wanted them to have something at least. I was given 30 mins to deliver on their pre wedding session. The result is below.  I do not know what Mr Ejoor was saying here, I guess he was saying feel my heart, it will always beat on this frequency for you.  The story of Secondary school to University? Wait for their white wedding pictures. I will post it up then. 😉
